It doesnt warn you the potential surcharges. This is no better than robbing. Also the layout is misleading - during rush hours, they add a default tip to the fare estimate unless you manually switch.

Didi worked well before but now they call a taxi from too far away. If you cancel a few times, dont want to wait while free taxis go by, the app charges you for it. The best part is you get a real taxi, which in Tianjin is a big plus; the driver WILL show up. Uber drivers tend to get lost, cant find you.

This app is like the low-end Uber with bad experience! 就是一款流氓软件！1: 很多司机不认识路，绕路；2: 很多司机因为行程近就不接单；3: 有些快车司机爱聊涉及隐私的话题，而且车上音乐非常难听，很乡村非主流摇滚；4: 请不要把出租车牵扯进来，现在出门如果没有用滴滴，满大街的空车都不停，导致根本打不到车只能使用该软件，严重扰乱市场秩序；5: 有些司机在接单后会以距离远为由让乘客取消订单，只因为自己可能接了更好的活（乘客莫名其妙就被强制扣5元费用）； 6: 怀念Uber， 请问你们为什么要收购它而且用户体验还没人家做得好！！！Uber无论距离远近司机都不可以拒绝接单

Great app, very helpfull for taxis in china. CN languages skills required.

Best of its kind Ive seen in the world. Only in chinese because of phonecalls with taxi driver. Real time evaluation ensures the reliability of appointment.

Very useful, especially if your destination is not well known by taxi drivers. Mostly those that know the destination will answer you.

Due to this app it is not possible anymore to get a taxi in Shanghai on the street as a visitor. No taxi will stop anymore. An if you want to use the app you need a Chinese cellphone number. Thats so ridiculous! Why cant you just call a cab via the app and the driver would pick you up. Also unless your offer a ridiculous tip which is more then the complete fare no driver will pick you up also with this app.

If u can type and speak a little Chinese, perfect to go with taxi everywhere
